Belojar – the ancient name of the month of March – after the great russian ruler Busa Beloyarov. Belojar month marked the beginning of the year, a time of awakening of nature from the grip of winter. Later, when the image of Busa Beloyarov was erased from people’s memory, this month sounded from the lips of Rusichis as “berezen” or “berezozol.”

The painting reflects a time close to the change od heavenly palaces. On the river there were thawed patches. On the right stands the temple dedicated to Busa Beloyarov.

Белояр – древнее название месяца марта – в честь великого владыки Руси Древнейшей Буса Белояра. Месяц Белояр знаменовал начало года, время пробуждения природы от цепких объятий зимы. Позже, когда образ Буса Белояра стёрся из народной памяти, этот месяц звучал в устах русичей как «березень» или «березозол».
На картине отражено время, близкое к смене Небесных Чертогов. На реке появились проталины. Справа высится храм, посвящённый Бусу Белояру.
